Order & Shipping

Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
At this time, AustralianVit ships within Australia only. International shipping is not currently available.
If your order has not yet been processed, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.
Tracking updates may take some time to appear after your order ships. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the carrier to update tracking information.
If delivery is missed, the carrier may attempt redelivery or leave instructions for collection. Please follow the carrier’s guidance provided in the tracking details.
First, check with household members, neighbours, or building management. If the package cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. You may also reach out to us for assistance.
Delivery to P.O. boxes may be limited depending on the carrier. Please ensure your address is complete and valid at checkout.
Orders are processed separately, and we are unable to combine multiple orders into a single shipment once they have been placed.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete. We’ll review the issue and assist in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

We offer a 30-day return policy for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired. Returns are only accepted for seller-caused issues and must meet the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.
To request a refund, please contact us at australianvit@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return is reviewed and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges are only available for items with seller-caused issues. The original item must be unopened and approved for return before a replacement can be issued.
