AustralianVit is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer. AustralianVit is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Returns are only accepted for issues caused by the seller, such as receiving a damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues

Exchanges

Refunds
