BEET IT Sport Pro-Elite Shot – 400mg Beet Nitrates, Nitric Oxide Booster, Non-GMO

BEET IT Sport Pro-Elite Shot is a compact, 2.4-ounce bottle that packs a powerful natural beet nitrate boost in a convenient form. The deep ruby liquid carries a fresh, earthy aroma and a smooth finish that many athletes find easy to incorporate into a training routine.

Designed to support performance through the body's natural processes, each shot delivers 400 mg of dietary nitrate from 100% natural beet juice. Nitrates are converted to nitrite and then to nitric oxide in the bloodstream, a molecule that helps dilate blood vessels and improve blood flow to working muscles. This mechanism can contribute to steadier oxygen delivery during intense efforts and faster-warm responses during workouts.

• Pair with your hydration and training plan; timing may align with longer endurance blocks or explosive sprints.

What the research suggests: studies and expert guidance have reported associations between dietary nitrate and performance metrics. For example, some findings note improvements in exercise time to exhaustion, sprint performance, and time-trial outcomes with nitrate-rich supplementation at around 400 mg. The IOC has highlighted these potential associations while underscoring that individual responses vary and that 400 mg is a commonly studied dose.

Beyond performance, BEET IT emphasizes safety and quality—non-GMO, natural ingredients, and a product family supported by over 300 scientific studies. Many athletes report a consistent, earthy taste and a quick, reliable feel before activity that fits into busy training days.
