Dymatize Elite Casein Protein Powder Cookies & Cream — 25g Micellar Casein, 5g BCAAs, 4 lb (53 Servings)

Overview

Dymatize Elite Casein Cookies & Cream is a slow-digesting micellar casein protein powder designed to support a steady amino acid supply between meals and overnight. Each serving delivers 25 grams of protein from micellar casein and includes essential branched-chain amino acids, including 2.3 grams of L-Leucine, to help sustain muscle-supporting amino acids over time. The formula also contains glutamine precursors to help support muscle recovery during longer gaps between feedings. This 4 lb tub provides 53 servings, making it a practical choice for daily night-time or extended periods without protein.

What makes this casein different

Casein is known for its slow absorption, which promotes a gradual release of amino acids in the body. Dymatize Elite Casein highlights this behavior with a steady flow of nutrients that can help keep you feeling full and provide ongoing amino acids as you sleep or endure long intervals without a meal. The cookies and cream flavor offers a smooth, mildly sweet profile that blends well in shakes, smoothies, or even with yogurt.

• 25 grams of protein per serving from micellar casein for extended protein support
• 5 grams of BCAAs per serving, including 2.3 grams of L-Leucine for targeted amino acid balance
• Slow-absorbing formula designed for night-time use and post-workout recovery between meals
• Glutamine precursors paired with essential amino acids to support recovery and maintenance
• 4 pounds of powder in a single tub, providing 53 servings

Ideal use and practical tips

Whether you are winding down after an evening workout or facing a long stretch without protein, Elite Casein can fit into your routine as a comforting, slow-release option. Stir or shake with your preferred liquid until smooth and enjoy the cookies and cream flavor that many athletes appreciate for its balance of sweetness and creaminess. Because the protein is designed to release gradually, you may find it complements a bedtime routine without a heavy aftertaste or heaviness in the stomach.

• Use as a night-time protein source to support a steady amino acid presence while you sleep
• Pair with a small snack for a longer window of nourishment during travel or long days
• Can be incorporated into smoothies or desserts for a protein boost without a chalky texture
• Suitable for individuals seeking a slow-digesting protein option that fits a daily schedule

For those seeking a reliable, slow-release protein option in a Cookies & Cream flavor, this 4 lb tub from Dymatize offers a practical combination of protein, BCAAs, and sustain-release amino acids.
