Multi-source protein for everyday performance

• Four protein sources—native whey isolate, micellar casein, egg whites, and whey hydrolysate—work together to provide both a rapid and a seven-hour sustained amino supply through the day.
• The blend combines rapid release protein for immediate fuel with seven-hour sustained protein for ongoing support, helping you stay fueled as plans shift from morning to evening.
• The data notes increased muscle strength and size by up to 30% in eight weeks in certain contexts, which may reflect the impact of consistent training paired with this protein blend.
• Gluten-free formulation offered in Cinnamon Toast and other flavors, and it mixes easily into 8 oz of cold water or your beverage of choice.

Taste, texture, and everyday practicality

The Cinnamon Toast flavor delivers a familiar, comforting profile with a pleasant aroma that pairs well with milk, plant-based milks, or blends. The powder tends to dissolve with minimal clumping, creating a smooth shake that’s enjoyable to sip after a workout or during a busy morning.
