We currently ship orders across Australia. If we are unable to ship to your address for any reason, we will contact you to discuss available options or issue a refund where applicable.

Shipping Costs

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent so you can follow your package’s progress.

Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. AustralianVit is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of address issues, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer. AustralianVit is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If you believe your package is missing, please check with household members, neighbours, or building management, and contact the carrier directly. You may also reach out to us for assistance.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Returns are only accepted for issues caused by the seller, such as receiving a damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired. For seller-caused issues, AustralianVit will cover the return shipping cost and ensure the issue is resolved promptly.

Return shipping is covered by AustralianVit only if the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired. Returns due to change of mind, dislike of the product, ordering the wrong item, or buyer error are not accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible for items with seller-caused issues. The original item must be unopened and approved for return before a replacement can be issued.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason. The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
