How to use

Thread the strap through the holes on either side of the fabric. Apply about 1 tablespoon of Organic Golden Castor Oil (sold separately) to the center of the flannel, then place it over the liver area beneath the right rib cage and tie it in place. Wear for 1 hour daily or overnight, depending on your routine.
